Minutes of Commission meeting held on July 18, 2006.

Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Steven Anderstrom, Patricia Caron, Howard Fife, Ann Hall and Rolf Hilbig. Absent: James Wettlaufer.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 p.m. Minutes of Commission Meeting held on July 11, 2006 were read, accepted and will be
distributed.
7:10 p.m. Reviewed and discussed the John Madeiros’ project at Lot #5, Mashapaug Rd. and John Popolizio’s project on Alexander Rd.
7:30 p.m. James and Thomas Kosinski’s Public Hearing was announced. No abutters came. On July 11, 2006, Steven Bressette had requested by phone a continuation of this Public Hearing.
8:00 p.m. Chad Brigham, Michael LaMountain and friend of Northeast Concepts Inc. gave us a letter informing us that he “has applied for a demolition permit to demolish the camp at the top of the hill on our land. To accomplish this task, we will be using the access road for the purpose of removing the debris and other such materials”. They were informed that no permits could be issued with 2 outstanding Enforcement Orders. They were again informed a Request for Determination of their project needs to be completed and presented for approval by the HCC. A Request for Determination form was given.
8:10 p.m. Steven Bressette of Jalbert Engineering informed us that Escape Estates would also be present on July 25, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. to discuss the Baltazar project at 12 Sandy Beach Rd. to install a septic system. He also informed us of a pending request of a Notice of Intent (needs to pay taxes) of a project on Sandy Beach/Maybrook Rd. whose cottage was damaged by the October flood. The house is presently on peers and now wants to put in a foundation.
Motion to adjourn made by Ann Hall, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
